1. Taraflar ve kabul
Bu koşullar, n0eyes internet sitesinin kullanımına ilişkindir. Siteyi kullanarak koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Sitenin amacı
Site, n0eyes görüntü analiz sistemini tanıtır. Sitedeki ölçüm ve örnek çıktılar, belirli bir pilot kurulumda elde edilmiş gerçek verilerden üretilmiştir ve her kurulum için aynı sonucu garanti etmez. Sonuçlar kamera açısı, aydınlatma, sahne ve kurallara göre değişir.
3. Fikri mülkiyet
Sitedeki metin, görsel, video, arayüz tasarımı, logo ve yazılım bileşenleri n0eyes'a aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz ve ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
4. Üçüncü taraf görüntüler
“Dünya” bölümündeki şehir görüntüleri, herkese açık canlı yayınlardan alınmış kısa örneklerdir ve yalnızca sistemin tespit yeteneğini göstermek amacıyla kullanılır. Bu görüntülerdeki haklar ilgili yayıncılara aittir.
5. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Sitede sunulan bilgiler olduğu gibi sağlanır. n0eyes, sitenin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmez. Sistem çıktıları karar desteğidir; iş güvenliği ve personel kararlarının sorumluluğu işletmededir.
6. Bağlantılar
Sitede üçüncü taraf bağlantıları bulunabilir. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden n0eyes sorumlu değildir.
7. Değişiklik ve uygulanacak hukuk
Koşullar önceden bildirilmeksizin güncellenebilir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve İstanbul mahkemeleri ile icra daireleri yetkilidir.

These terms govern the use of the n0eyes website. By using the site you accept them.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the n0eyes video-analysis system. Figures and sample outputs come from a specific pilot deployment and do not guarantee identical results elsewhere; results depend on camera angle, lighting, scene and rules.
3. Intellectual property
Text, imagery, video, interface design, logo and software components belong to n0eyes and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
4. Third-party footage
City clips in the “World” section are short samples from publicly available live streams, used only to demonstrate detection. Rights in that footage remain with the respective broadcasters.
5. Limitation of liability
Information is provided as is. n0eyes does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. System output is decision support; responsibility for safety and personnel decisions rests with the operating business.
6. Links
The site may link to third-party sites; n0eyes is not responsible for their content.
7. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Turkish law applies and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
